Athletes
We work with any athlete imaginable. Any age, gender or ability. From individual athletes through to team sport athletes, from the unique sports such as ski-cross and pistol shooting, to the more mainstream sports like Football, Netball, Rugby, Hockey and Athletics. We have extensive knowledge and skillsets to help improve the athletes needs and the needs of their sport.
General Population - Average Joe to CEO
Our experience and knowledge allow us to cater for the non athletic population. If you are want to improve your day to day health, reduce your body or improve your lean mass and strength - we can help.
We have experience of working with all walks of life, and understand the stresses and pressures people go through.
Sports Bodies
We can work with the sports body/organisation to help deliver S&C support to their athletes or advise and help on topics that falls under our expertise.
We've successfully worked with Isle of Man Netball, Isle of Man Boxing and the Manx International Football Association (MIFA).
CLIENT STORY // IOM NETBALL
Having already worked with a number of the netball girls on an individual basis, it just made sense that our connection with Isle of Man Netball become a formal partnership.
IOM Netball are a fantastic organisation to work with. They have a brilliant group of volunteers, staff and players that love the sport.
We still work with a lot of individual netball players from the u13's through to seniors, we oversee quarterly testing for all age squads and provide input on understanding the data we obtain from testing.
We help the girls prep for tournaments as well as provide recovery (air compression tech, nutrition and general recovery protocols).
We are thoroughly enjoying our time working with IOM Netball, and long may it continue.
